Good news! I am reducing my fat without any exercise!

    Hi!

    I am very happy to share what is helping me in reducing my weight! (It is my individual experience and may not help everybody).

    I take regular break fast and lunch but do take one bowl of milk with 3 whitbix before that.

    I have soup or whitbix with milk after 5 pm.

    I chew the chewing-gum to control my emotional binges or emotional eating between the meal time.

    I have a fruit in the morning-tea and in the evening-tea.

    I could not be categorized as having too much fat but even shredding a little fat is making me feel victorious. I understand that it is very important to have regular exercise in daily life and would start that once again very soon. However, that won't be to reduce weight but to keep the body active and healthy.

    It would be a great pleasure if this tip gets useful to any of my IL friend.

    hello inner bliss,
    i follow a somewhat similar diet but i have completely cut down on rice.i replaced it with rotis.-no exercise and it is working....

    Nice to know that Samraa. Is there any special reason to cut down on rice and replacing it with rotis?
