Honey.how to consume

    I would like to know can we take honey mixed in warm water? A friend of mine advised not to take like that. How honey should be taken? Is it advisable to give honey to a person who has diabetes?How to know pure honey(whether adulterated with jaggery syrup)?

    if honey is taken with warm water it cause weight reduction. but this combination should only be taken early in the morning with empty stomach and should be consumed on alternate days.other than thatfor some people this combo may lead to heavy dysentry with side effects.

    for making out pure honey, in a bowl of cold water dust drop a dew of honey, if it rolls without dissolving or flattening then it is in its purest form.

    One teaspoon honey with a glass of warm milk taken during night time relieves constipation.It is a boon to pregnant women.

    Honey relieves young children from cough.
