    is that true amazon is selling used products?????

    i have read the reviews ,some people tells that its used...

    i know there are 2 type of products they sell one is new and other is used..but is that true even if we buy new one also it may be used once or twice?

    I have been using amazon for the past 5-6 years. I have never bought an old or refurbished item. I have always bought the new ones. Till date no items that I have purchased have ever raised my suspicions in terms of it being an old one. They have looked new and worked like new ones only. I believe they are new.

    But it could also depend on the seller. The seller could say that the product is new but could send an old one. Reviewing the seller rating before ordering could help in avoiding such situations.

    If it was selling old products, they would not be so successful.

    ya ramya..after reading some reviews i was shocked..how the sellers are making money ...if we are ordering personal products like( mug,flask,water bottles,etc) how to use ...such a cheap things..
    as u said we need to buy directly from amazon not for other sellers..safer side...

    If you get a product that you feel is old then a complaint can be raised. Amazon seems to take complaints seriously. Also not all sellers are fraudulent. The feedback or rating for each seller would help in deciding whether to buy from a seller or not.

    thats the best option ramya... i am gonna order "thermos" coffee mug , thats why little bit concern because if it is used , v cant use ..moreover i am going to gift this...
