L1 to H1b

    hello ppl..

    Im asking this doubt for my friend...

    her dh is in USA in L1 and she and her kids in L2. Now her Dh's "A"company has said they will process H1b.

    1. Do they have to come back to india to get the h1b stamping?

    2. If they get the H1b stamping later will her Dh be allowed to change company?

    3. If her DH wants to change company rejecting the H1b process by "A" company and gets an offer from "B" company and they tell they will process H1b do they have to come back to india for H1b stamping?

    4. can her dh resign the job in US itself?

    I don't know about l1 to H1b transfer things.But once you got your visa changed and get the papers in hand, then you can change the company.I mean you can find a job from a different company and shift there.
