    Dear Sridevi1977,

This is such a cute post. Lots of hugs to you. If it makes you feel better then let me tell you that I have also gained weight and struggling to lose it. Until and unless we have a super gem of a body I guess most of us struggle to maintain a healthy body weight.

Your weight does not define you, you define your weight. So what if you gained 5 pounds, in few days you will lose it. Gaining and losing weight is a part of life. Have a definite goal and work towards it.

Stress and work pressure are real enemies of weight loss, I have learnt it the hard way now.

Stay cool, calm and just visualize your goal.

Lots of love and all the very best.

    regards

    Dear SHSK,

Instead of having a packet of marie and 5 chakalies why don't you have your dinner at this time. Then at 9:00 have a bowl of soup and salads. This will take care of your hunger pang and you eat lesser calories.

Your exercise should be atleast 45 minutes for weight loss.

If you cannot manage 45 minutes then try to manage it atleast 30 minutes. If you are having your dinner at 7pm then you can go for walks after 9:00pm.

    Hope this helps.

    All the best.

    Lots of love to you.
    regards

    Dear LoukaDevi,

    Your plan sounds good.

    Here are the answers

2 cups a day is good enough.

    Yes

    Yes you can.

Opt for 5rs maggie, the small packet. Make it with lots of cabbage, peas, tomato (stir fry them with the maggie masala and then add maggie and bring to boil.), this way you will eat little noddles and lots of maggie. Limit the intake to just once a week.

    Hope this helps.

    Lots of love

    regards

    Dear Rmpriya,

Thanks for the appreciation. But I am not special. My weight never went down after 64.5 and after that I gained few pounds which I am struggling to lose. Ideally, I would love to hit my target of 57 kgs but things have really slowed down at my front. Will update as soon as I get some results.

Thanks for your appreciation once again.

    Lots of love to you.

    regards

    HI Shiva,

Thanks a lot for your suggestions! I was worried about shedding all this post pregnancy wt gained and was in a dilemma on how to go about it.
After seeing your blog and threads, I planned my routine as I knew what my wt. gain enemies were.

I have already started implementing my plan. As Suganya said, i am not having that urge to taste my favorite foodies anymore.....!! Infact, I am now more cautious and attentive while eating and my brain is reminding me of my workouts ontime :-D

Will keep posting on the progress. But first Milestone is 5Kg!
