    Your Royal Mixture is great. Thank you very much it really came out good. As in this place we do not get much of the indian stuff was finding it difficult what to do for Diwali so tried little of this with corn flakes. It came out good will do more for Diwali. We don't get poha or anything. This one is great. Thank you very much.

    It is depond upon the 'aval' / poha you are using. Because if you use thick once, you have to keep it for more and if you are keeping 'thin' varity you can keep for less seconds. And also it is according to your MW brand. So it is better to keep a little in MW and check for your self.

    I made one with cornflakes and one with rice puff. both came out very good not only my family but also my friends enjoyed them a lot. Thank you once again.

    Ingredients

    1 cup maida
    1/2 cup Rava
    1/3 cup sugar powder
    1 tsp Salt

    1/3 cup ghee
    1/2 cup Milk
    Ghee/oil to deep fry


    Method

    Mix the above ingredients with a little water/milk and knead into a soft dough.
    Divide dough into equal parts and roll out into thick chappatis.
    Cut with a cookie cutter or knife into small diamond shapes.
    Deep fry in hot ghee/oil over slow flame till light golden brown.
    Drain well and keep aside till cool.
    Store in clean, dry containers.
