Very gud thread u hav started, my son Krishna, aged 8yrs,studying in 3rd standard, HAVE VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN DRAWING (ofcourse, my hubby used to darw very well,me, dont even knw to put cirlce properly)

But i have not yet put him in any drawing class to train him, since i didnt find anybody

Thank you prabha bala for the initiative to let us know the talents of our members wards & specialities.....

Glad to know about an upcoming Artist Master Krishna son of latamurali.
Our Indus family of friends do wish him more success in studies and extra curricular activities.

Hope here the parents too can share about their kids...If permitted I as a father would like to share about my daughter Vijayalakshmi who is doing her MBA final year at DJ acadamy of managerial excellence , Coimbatore.
She was a hard working and devoted student and stood as a collage topper...
I have never seen her go to bed before 02 hours midnight as she used to prepare for her assignments and seminar papers.
She is also a good singer in carnatic music.

My son Ramanathan a 2nd year Visual Communication student and has interests in Mass media presentations, Reviews on latest electronic gadgets and a sports man plays for his collage football team, a student scoring 75 + in his exams, A Good photographer too..

By God's grace I am a satisfied father to see the kids performance & seek your blessings too.

Nice thread. What better platform..to share our kids talents...

I have a son and daughter..daughter is 12 and son is 9 years old.

Daughter - I have already told enough about her. she is very good academically. She has a purple belt in karate (discontinued right now for want of good master).
She plays the keyboard and we are encouraging her to take the royal school of music exams.. she is also learning carnatic vocal. and then draws well..

Son-- My son is intelligent according to his school. he plays chess. he also has purple belt in karate. he is learning carnatic vocal. he draws cartoons mostly of ninjas, superman and then cricket. he goes for cricket coaching. He has read the mahabaratha and ramayana thoroughly and can keep us engaged talking about that. and he is a voracious reader and also absorbs what he reads and retains it. And has plans to save earth from the greenhouse effect. his ambition is to be a cricketer and also a rock scientist (before it was cooker:mrgreen: i mean chef)
The only problem we face with him is his brain works faster than his hand..so by the times he skips lot of words..(which is not good from the exam point:bangcomp.. I would like suggestions on how to control this...

Dont worry. let him draw as he wishes...i have not put both my kids in any drawing classes. just pick out drawings which i feel they will be able to do...I just give them my view of what they have done.

Summer classes have lot of drawing classes. so will inform you anything that comes in the south chennai area.

Looks like you are proud father. all the best for your children vijayalakshmi and ramanathan. i am sure both are good human beings with values like thier dad. do share your sons photographs sometime....
