Our Sri's Arrival into this world!

My Birthstory
Some of you know about my struggle to become pregnant. We tried for so many years with no result at all. Got pregnant naturally but miscarried later on. Then started our infertility journey. Loads of visits to the gynecs but nothing really happened. Tried on IUI"s but still nothing.
Started Yoga and bingo one fine day I became pregnant.
Being pregnant was not easy for me. because of previous miscarriages I had to be on complete bedrest.I had to be on progesterone shots, Weekly I would go to the doc and get my injections done. then my pregnancy problems started one by one. First it was High blood pressure. my gynec put me on medications for that. Then they had to do a cerclage because my cervix length was short.
Thought that would be the end but it was just the beginning.......routine blood test showed that I had Gestational Diabetes.........I would cry endlessly saying that my lil one is not able to get nutritious food from me.....
Endocrinologist put me on Insulin. OH how it hurt to take injections thrice a day. I would keep crossing off one day after the other.
Just when I thought that everything is normal. My blood pressure shot up again. Doctor said that its PIH. Pregnancy induced Hypertension. I was only thirty three weeks then. They had to give me steriods to mature the baby's lungs in preparation for an emergency C-section. I was so worried about my little baby.
thankfully my bloodpressure camedown.
In my 37th week the Cervical stitch was removed. Doc told me that they would induce me in a week because of high blood pressure and GD.
Finally in my 38th week I had gone for a routine checkup. there they wanted to do a CTG. In this ctg, the baby's heartbeat was abnormal, normal heartbeat is between 110 and 160. My little baby heart was doing nearly 180, I was worried. They wanted me to get admitted asap. All this time I was praying to God. Oh, God Please let my baby be fine.
My gynec told me that because of tachycardia she can't induce me as the baby would get little or no oxygen while having pains. She has decided to do a C-section. I burst into tears as I was afraid of harming my baby. Finally on saturday 7th August she did the section. My dh was in the operating room with me and in his words the doc just pulled his son out by catching his legs and taking him out and tossing him to clean him like a chicken.
and out came our little Sriram.
