    Hi Krishnamma,
    Thru some thread in Indusladies, i started talking Fenugreek water daily morning in empty stomach (one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds soaked in water overnight) and by this my body heat is very much reduced..
    After starting this treatment my white discharge problem is reduced and i feel free now..
    Thanks to IndusLadies and Krishnamma for providing wonderful tips..:bowdown

    Hi Krishnamma,
    As said earlier i started taking fenugreek and my white discharge is stopped. But if i stop it again in 2 or 3 days i get white discharge. If i regularly take fenugreek, will it give any side effect like sinus?

    good to hear that your problem is solved. :thumbsup Dont worry! you can take continuously. I am taking it for the past 4 years . but I am taking it for another reason :) my dietitian asked me to take regularly in the morning to avoid knee pain while I do exercise. so I am taking.

    Itching on the feet

    Hi Krishnamma,

    I have gone thru you thread, its really great.

    I'm suffering from itching on my feet, actually when it itches I'll scratch and at that area a bubble will come up, even then I'll scratch due to the itching then the bubble will break, when the bubble breaks, the itching stops, but when the broken bubble gets dried, the skin which is dried comes out while peeling, b'cos of this my feet and nails looks ugly and the nails have become corrupted like no life in them. when I consulted docter even they were not sure, they said it might be due to fungus.

    Kindly suggest me some home made remedies for this, Thanks in advance.

    I can suggest you one thing. take 1/2 bucket warm water, and put stone salt in that. Mix well. taste the water. The water must be like 'sea water'. ( by tasting the water you can decide the quantity of salt.ok?) then dip your legs in that. keep as it is for half an hour. you do it daily. with in a week you will see good result. try and give me a feed back. all the best !:thumbsup

    Hi Krishnamma,
    I have a problem when i wake up. Morning when i wake up, my face is looking puffy. It looks really big for about half an hour. Is it because of any serious problem within my body. Please tell me a remedy for this.
