    Dear Ladies,
First let me introduce myself. I am Praveena from AP. I am looking for a school for my twin boys in dubai. Currently I live in Sharjah and kids are attending KG1 in leaders private school, sharjah. We are planing to move dubai either gusais or Muhaisnah (behind lulu village).
I am desperatly looking for some experiences about Rajagiri school in dubai. How is it? how studies and activities are balanced???
    Please guide me.

    bye,
    Praveena

    Hi Vibs

Did you get any info on this? i'm looking for a school for my 5yr old in Dxb & need all the help from informed people. since you have been doing some research, will you be able to help me with your knowledge?

I have seen that there are v.v. few responses for information on Dubai schools, playgroups & daycare queries.

hence, maybe if i can ask you what you found out?

my kid is 5, in kg2 abu dhabi at present. we have to shift to dubai mid-session within the next one month - due to job-change. ( we both r working)

am really worried what to do, where to go. will he get admission mid-session?

can you tell me how good is Our Own in Dubai?

    how about Millenium school?

does any school have day-boarding /day care facility?

I will be much obliged if you could help with this.

    Hi Praveena,
Both my daughters are studying in Rajgiri Intl School. One in Grd 4 and and other in KG1. We are 100% satisfied with the school, both academic and activity wise. My elder one was in a different school and 2 yrs back i shifted her to Rajgiri and if i compare this one is much much better. Moreover since rajgiri is in its budding stage the individual attention the child gets is amazing.

    Rgds

    Thks a lot annu.
@pathak : I think there are no schools with day boarding here.
Millenium school is a good one but crowded the same thing goes with our own as well.
In Millenium from 3rd grade onwards thay have activities till 3 or 3.30pm. Kids can have lunche at school n go for activities where as other schools close by 2 or 2.30.
Being an working mother we look for a school where kids can stay as long as possible.

    Hi Praveena & Vibs,
Just happened go through your discussion.

With my recent experience we also found that there is no school in Dubai having afterschool care till grade 2.(understand that as per the rule, ministry doesn’t permit the school to have the day care centre)
We also moving from sharjha to Qusais by march and I enrolled my kid with Global Indian International School, at Al Mankool, Dubai.(we also got good feedback about Rajagiri & Millennium school )
Appreciate if you know any good day care center where I can leave my daughter after the school till 4pm.
    Thanks,
    Poornima.
