Al khail gate apartments

Hi Sowmya,

Can u tell me where r these apartments and what rents are they asking for? As I am also planning to shift from sharjah to dubai but dont know much abt its gud location and also looking for 2 BHK.

The Al Khail Gate project is being leased by SALWAN.
They are two phases; Phase 1 has Studio, 1 BR and 2BR apts. and Phase 2 has Studio, 1 BR, 2BR apts and 3BR apts. The difference between phase 1 and Phase 2 is mainly that Phase 1 has balconies and Phase 2 does not have balconies. There is also a difference in the color of materials used (I prefer Phase 2).
The community is safe as it has 24 hour security and is quite well lit inside.
Additional information is available on 800-Salwan. Call on the number and ask for leasing...for the rates.

I am also planning to take a 2 bedroom apartment in al Khail gate and it is really beautiful.

But there is a transportation problem for me as I am working in Jebel ali , anyone can help me and suggest any Bus service or some kind of option for the same.
