How to clean the stomach ?

    Yes, through fasting!

    Thats the best method one can ever do to clean the stomach of all the junk, naturally.

    You could just take water and/or water-based fruits/veggies say, watermelon, tomatoes, leafy veggies, cabbage, carrot etc... just make a fruit/veg salad and keep away from outside food.

    Fasting once in a month this way would keep you healthy, happy & feeling better!

    yes.. taking only vegetables and fruits for 2 days will clean your stomach. fasting... don't do for continuously for more than 1 day.. it will affect your health

    Thank you very much for the tips for cleaning the stomach. I think it really helps out to clean the stomach and also for it will help in reducing our weight.

    Hi muthuraji,

    to reduce weight water therapy i s also very good.Morning you take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon and honey.before having solid food drink as much of water you can.this also helps to clean stomach as well as reduce weight

    Hi,
    For cleansing the stomach castor oil is helpful. Before bed take 1 teaspoon of castor oil mix it in warm milk and drink.

    I drink a about a glass of warm water with a few drops of lime juice. No sugar ,salt or anything else.I take this every day in empty stomach before having anything.

    I ve been following it for a few months now and it has worked wonders.My stomach feels good always.The advantages are
    1. The warm water feels good on the throat and empty stomach.
    2. Lime is vitamin C supplement and it helps clean the stomach in the morning.
